Digest is an online food magazine for eaters and thinkers. It is dedicated to long and short-form food writing.
My husband Dwayne and I founded the website in 2012, with the aim of creating a monthly mix of curious narratives about what, how and why we eat, as well as pieces that take a more in-depth look at the social backdrop and topical stories shaping the food world. New content was promoted on social media and with a monthly newsletter. We also regularly profile prominent food industry figures including chefs, authors and food campaigners.
In my role as Editor, I was delighted to chair a panel in London on how to starting a food business, which included chef Martin Morales from Ceviche and Andina.
Every piece of editorial we publish on Digest features a bespoke illustration created by Dwayne. We never include restaurant reviews.
